Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly welcome members and guests, direct staff and visitors, and support front-desk operations. You will perform member check-ins, assist with inquiries, register guests, and process retail sales while maintaining a clean, organized desk area and professional appearance.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Organized, structured, and friendly with a passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests and staff warmly at the gym entrance.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor front desk area.
• Assist with member inquiries about gym operations and policies.
• Handle check-ins, guest registrations, and scheduling with staff.
• Answer phone calls professionally and relay messages to management.
• Process retail and concession sales and help maintain inventory.
• Attend staff meetings and uphold safety and company standards.
