Job summary

UFC GYM Kailua seeks a Front Desk Representative to greet members and guests with energy, process registrations, and support the sales team. You will deliver friendly service at the front desk, handle inquiries, and keep the lobby welcoming.

Responsibilities include selling supplements and gear at the POS, assisting with inventory, and ensuring smooth daily operations while upholding brand standards. Benefits include bonuses, discounts, health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and experience handling multiple phone lines.
• Current CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet members and guests as they enter and depart, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer to the correct department.
• Verify memberships, enroll members for classes, and check-in prospective members.
• Sell supplements, apparel, and gear at the POS and keep the front desk tidy.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and assist with inventory and pricing.
• Call members regarding past-due accounts to help maintain active status.
