Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of the club, delivering exceptional customer service and assisting with retail sales. You will engage with members and guests, process check-ins, and support sales efforts for member enrollment.

The role emphasizes hospitality, professionalism, and the energy of the UFC GYM community. Eligibility includes a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and CPR/AED certification for overnight staff.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Basic computer skills and experience handling multiple phone lines.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required for overnight staff.
• Must be able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Franchise direct application administered by franchise location.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer to the correct department.
• Verify memberships, enroll members for classes, and check-in prospective members for the sales team.
• Address member questions directly or guide them to the appropriate lead for assistance.
• Sell supplements, apparel, and gear; process transactions using the POS system.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory or pricing as needed.
• Call members regarding past-due accounts to help maintain active status.
