UFC GYM Whitestown, IN is seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the face of the club, greeting members and guests with energy and warmth while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will handle check-in and enrollment, assist with retail transactions, answer calls, maintain a tidy lobby, and support the sales team with member communication, class signups, and billing reminders. Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or food service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly personality.
• Multitask with high attention to detail and handle multiple phone lines.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, maintain a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer to the correct department.
• Verify memberships, enroll members for classes, and check-in prospective members for the sales team.
• Address member questions directly or route to the appropriate lead for assistance.
