Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of the team while maintaining a welcoming front desk and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing onboarding in Paycom, maintaining inventory, and upholding company policies.

• Minimum Qualifications include managerial experience, customer service skills, and strong communication.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Demonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities with attention to policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Manage front desk tasks: greet members, provide gym tours, handle service issues.
• Support staff and club members; maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure gym opens/closes promptly and is staffed during all hours.
• Train staff on marketing promotions and complete onboarding in Paycom.
• Order supplies and track inventory; ensure policy adherence.
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and departments.
