Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in Minnesota seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving a financially successful club. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff, manage front desk tasks, and maintain club image.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring open/close procedures, enforcing policies, and coordinating promotions and inventory.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Greet members, provide gym tours and handle service questions at the front desk.
• Support both staff and club members and maintain a positive club image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure club opens/closes on time and staff coverage during all hours.
