Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor in Massachusetts. The role focuses on supervising staff, delivering friendly guest experiences, and ensuring compliance with safety and store policies.

The GSS will manage cash processes, restock inventory, greet guests, and coach team members to maintain high service standards. Key duties include coordinating with management, handling vendor check-ins, and supporting 24/7 guest service programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and supervisory capabilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure they perform duties per management.
• Coach employees with constructive feedback.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate POS and manage cash levels.
• Ensure store housekeeping and appearance.
• Oversee 24/7 guest service programs.
• Handle cash processes including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks.
• Restock products to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
