Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager in leading daily operations of the Guest Services Department at our properties.

You will supervise Guest Services Associates, with potential oversight of other departments as needed, and maintain strong relationships with owners, guests, and cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes guest issue resolution, guest satisfaction monitoring, and helping attract and develop talent in partnership

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory capabilities in hospitality settings.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred in hotel/hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Guest Services Associates; may oversee additional departments.
• Support the Guest Services Manager in daily operations and planning.
• Foster positive relationships with owners, guests, and site departments.
• Handle guest issues to resolution and monitor guest satisfaction scores.
• Assist in attracting, coaching, training, and retaining talent; partner with HR.
