Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Rooms Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the resort’s Housekeeping and Guest Services, ensuring top service levels for owners and guests. You’ll supervise staffing, schedules, and training, while driving efficiency and adherence to standards.

The role includes payroll control, budget management, and collaboration with front office for rate integrity and guest resolutions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hotel/resort experience.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across teams and guests.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of resort Housekeeping and Guest Services.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and forecasting for two departments.
• Control payroll costs and manage department budget variances.
• Train staff on ROPs/DOPs standards and develop associates.
• Manage guest accounts, rate application, and front office requirements.
• Lead internal audits and ensure QA, Loss Prevention and safety compliance.
