Travel + Leisure Co. in Sevierville, TN is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support daily operations of the Guest Services Department.

You will supervise Guest Services Associates and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, talent development, and collaboration with Human Resources to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships with owners and guests; prior hospitality leadership and strong

Qualifications

2 years of leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Cash handling experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Assist in leadership, planning, organization, and direction of daily operations for the Guest Services Department in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
Supervise and direct the Guest Services Associates; may oversee additional departments as business needs dictate.
Foster and maintain a positive relationship with owners, guests, and other site departments.
Handle guest issues to resolution and monitor guest satisfaction scores.
Assist in attracting, coaching, training, and retaining talent by engaging and showing a genuine passion to develop others.
Partner with the Guest Services Manager and Human Resources to minimize employee relations issues.
