Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Honolulu, HI is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager, supervise Guest Services Associates, and coordinate daily operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will resolve guest issues, develop team members, and collaborate with Human Resources to attract and retain talent, while maintaining cash handling accuracy and strong communication with owners and guests.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality or hotel industry.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy.
• 2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Guest Services Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise Guest Services Associates and oversee additional departments as needed.
• Foster positive relationships with owners, guests, and other site departments.
• Handle guest issues to resolution and monitor guest satisfaction scores.
• Attract, coach, train, and retain talent in partnership with HR.
