Stonebridge Companies in Westminster, Colorado seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Assistant General Manager in overseeing front office staff and ensuring professional guest service. The role includes training, coaching, and resolving issues to maintain high guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities cover reservations, check-in/out, posting charges, coordinating with Engineering and Housekeeping, and maintaining knowledge of room rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Fluent reading/writing in English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to read simple instructions and perform basic computer and POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor front office staff with the Assistant General Manager.
• Monitor Guest Service Scores and improve guest satisfaction through coaching.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance requests and with Housekeeping for rooms.
• Manage reservations, check-in/check-out and post charges in the software system.
• Maintain knowledge of room rates and assist with special requests and group blocks.
