Job summary
Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Westminster, CO seeks a Guest Services Supervisor to assist the Assistant General Manager and oversee Front Office staff to ensure professional guest service.
The role involves training staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, and coordinating with Engineering and Housekeeping. Requires a Bachelor’s or 1–2 years related experience, plus fluency in English and strong computer skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years related experience.
- Must read and write fluent English.
- Experience with POS systems and hotel software.
- Ability to supervise front desk staff and train others.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Train and monitor front office staff in daily operations.
- Monitor guest service scores and drive improvements through coaching.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping on guest requests.
- Assist with reservations, check-ins and check-outs; handle charges.
- Maintain knowledge of room rates and posting procedures.
- Support the Assistant General Manager and oversee shifts.
