Job summary

Stonebridge in Golden, Colorado is seeking a courteous Front Desk Associate to support guest services, assist with reservations, and supervise front desk staff with the Guest Services Manager. You will monitor guest service scores, coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping, post charges, and handle payments while maintaining accurate room rates.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends, fluent English, and basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel) are required.

Qualifications

Must be flexible to work nights and weekends.
Fluent English reading and writing.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions. Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Train and monitor front office staff with the Guest Services Manager.
Monitor guest service scores and drive improvements through coaching and problem resolution.
Coordinate with Engineering regarding maintenance requests from guests.
Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding guest rooms and requests; know daily transactions in the system.
Assist with reservations and checking guests in and out; know room rates and postings.
Post all charges and handle payments (credit cards).
Maintain regular attendance and on-time performance; adhere to work breaks and meals.
Follow dress code and maintain professional appearance.
