Valor is seeking a Guest Services Aide to support the Guest Services Manager, ensuring guests are greeted warmly and serviced professionally as the first point of contact. The role requires strong computer and cash handling skills and the ability to communicate hotel services effectively to guests and staff.

You will work closely with the engineering and housekeeping teams to fulfill guest requests, manage schedules, and help maintain a safe, welcoming hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform front desk functions for Guest Service Aide and related roles.
• Understand and operate the hotel software system, including reservations and charges.
• Know how to post charges and apply current room rates.
• Train new Guest Service Agents.
• Coordinate with Engineering for maintenance requests.
• Check daily discrepancy reports (AM/PM).
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on rooms and guest requests.
• Issue safety deposit boxes on request.
• Support safe work environment by following procedures and rules.
• Help manage staffing levels and weekly schedules for the guest service department.
