Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering friendly and professional service at the front desk. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless guest experience across all hotel services.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–12 months of guest relations experience, with strong computer and cash handling skills and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 3–12 months of employment in a guest relations/related position.
• Excellent computer and cash handling skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Sociable, outgoing and guest service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, manage reservations and room assignments.
• Provide directions, recommendations and local information to guests.
• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and professional demeanor.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping to optimize room status.
• Handle phone inquiries and process guest charges accurately.
