Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a front desk associate to perform desk-related tasks, check guests in and out, and provide warm guest service at the first point of contact. You will handle reservations, quotes, and upsell opportunities, while ensuring accurate payments and folio accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have 3–12 months in guest relations, strong computer and cash handling skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–12 months of guest relations experience.
• Strong computer and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest registration, room assignments, and rate quotes; upsell where possible.
• Verify guest information and payments; balance folios at shift end.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel services; coordinate with housekeeping.
