Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in front desk/guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests; manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Train and supervise front desk staff; enforce standards.
• Address guest complaints promptly and coordinate with hotel departments.
• Ensure privacy and security protocols are followed.
