Job summary

Extended Stay America in San Carlos, AZ seeks a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments while following company procedures and safety standards. You will manage front desk paperwork, support breakfast service, and uphold ESA’s service culture with respectful interactions with guests and associates.

Daily duties include processing reservations, handling payments and deposits, and resolving guest requests using Make it Right.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests, associates and outside vendors.
• Proficient operation of the property management system technology and audit functions.
• Handle monetary transactions and maintain accurate cash, card and ledger records.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests at the front desk.
• Answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right and uphold ESA service culture with respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean front desk and common areas and support breakfast setup.
