Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly assist guests, handle check-ins/check-outs, and process payments in accordance with company procedures. The role requires maintaining front desk areas, answering phones, and promoting the ESA experience with guests.

The GSR will ensure safety, support breakfast displays, and participate in daily front office tasks while delivering exceptional service to guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Strong command of English; able to communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Proficient operation of property management systems.
• Knowledge of safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Ability to complete routine front desk reports and audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Handle check-ins/outs, payments, and reservations per guidelines.
• Assist with Make it Right process to resolve guest issues.
• Maintain front desk areas and common spaces in clean, organized condition.
• Promote ESA brand and convert inquiries into reservations.
• Adhere to safety and security policies and report issues as required.
