Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and respond to requests with prompt follow-through.
• Check guests in and out and collect payments per guidelines.
• Answer phones and route inquiries while maintaining a tidy front desk area.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintain front desk paperwork and balance cash and city ledger accounts.
• Promote ESA value to convert inquiries into reservations.
