Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests courteously and professionally at the front desk. You will cover front office duties when the General Manager is unavailable and ensure smooth operations for reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.

The role requires strong customer service, solid cash handling, and basic computer skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for bank runs and property coverage as needed.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Handle reservations and guest requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and guest relations at all times.
• Notify management of any safety, security, or cash concerns.
• Assist in other front office duties when GM is not available.
