Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests with front desk operations, reservations, check-in/check-out, and issue resolution. The role requires professionalism, courtesy, and adherence to safety standards.

The position supports the General Manager and ensures smooth daily operations, including cash handling and coordinating with property staff. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are needed, with strong English communication throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and a functioning automobile.
• Ability to read, understand, and interact in English with guests and staff.
• Sufficient mathematical skills to handle room revenue, rates, occupancy, and cash handling.
• General computer proficiency and front office operational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations correctly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent the hotel professionally to guests and staff.
• Assist guests with issues and escalate to the General Manager as needed.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Handle bank deposits in the General Manager’s absence.
