Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests at the front desk with a focus on courtesy and efficiency. You will handle reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and respond to guest needs while maintaining a professional, safe environment.

The role requires computer literacy, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided and full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Front Office operations knowledge and guest relations etiquette.
• Ability to read, understand and act on hotel reports and internal information.
• English language proficiency in speaking, writing and comprehension.
• Basic math skills to calculate occupancy, room revenue and cash handling.
• General computer proficiency for front desk systems.
• Ability to work long hours and manage multiple tasks in a busy hotel.
• Knowledge of front office operations and related departments.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations accurately and courteously.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Be proficient in computer operating systems used at the front desk.
• Address guest issues promptly and courteously.
• Notify GM or equivalent immediately of safety or policy concerns.
