Extended Stay America, Inc. is hiring a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments at the San Jose property. The role includes front desk paperwork, safety compliance, and maintaining breakfast displays.

You will handle cash and card transactions and support sales opportunities while ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby. The position emphasizes guest satisfaction, proper documentation, and adherence to company procedures in a busy hotel

Formación

High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Responsabilidades

Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to guidelines.
Complete front desk daily paperwork and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
Resolve guest issues through Make it Right while treating guests with respect and kindness.
Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per company guidelines.
Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts for the property.
Set up, maintain and take down the breakfast display in a timely manner.
