Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, process payments, and ensure smooth front desk operations. The role requires strong English communication, proficiency with the PMS, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Candidates should be prepared to maintain a clean lobby and participate in cross-training in housekeeping and laundry as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires English proficiency and ability to use the property management system.
• Ability to audit shift reports and perform daily tasks.
• Understand safety rules and operating instructions.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.

Responsabilités

• Provide guest service and assist guests.
• Answer phones, check in/out, collect payment.
• Resolve guest issues via Make it Right.
• Maintain front desk area and adhere to safety policies.
• Cross-train in housekeeping and laundry.
