Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, and manage check-ins and payments. The role includes maintaining a welcoming front desk, handling reservations, and ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures across the property.

The GSR will also participate in daily front office tasks, balance cash and forms, and support housekeeping and maintenance as needed to deliver a consistent guest experience. Weekly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently with guests and colleagues.
• Proficient use of the property management system and related front desk tools.
• Comfort with handling reservations, payments and guest information.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in and out.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
