Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join the front desk team. You will greet guests, check them in/out, answer phones, and process payments following company guidelines.

The role requires clear English communication, accuracy in daily paperwork, and adherence to safety procedures. Responsibilities include resolving guest issues through the Make it Right process, maintaining an organized lobby, supporting breakfast setup, and promoting ESA services to drive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments.
• Complete front office daily paperwork and follow safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues through Make it Right process and treat guests with respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts and ensure accuracy.
• Set up breakfast display and keep front desk and lobby area organized and clean.
• Promote ESA services to convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
• Collect guest information, identify sales leads, and pursue opportunities.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards are met.
• Comply with company policies including key control and safety reporting.
