Job summary

Extended Stay America is hiring a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests and manage front desk operations. You will process reservations, registrations, payments and departures, while maintaining cash handling accuracy and city ledger accounts.

You will also respond to guest requests, uphold safety procedures, and support breakfast setup and lobby cleanliness. Weekly pay and competitive wages accompany a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication with guests, associates and vendors.
• Experience with property management systems and shift reports.
• Ability to follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Capable of completing routine reports and correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic for transactions and balancing cash.
• Good judgment and problem-solving in guest service scenarios.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues using Make it Right.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out and collect payments.
• Complete front desk paperwork and follow safety procedures.
• Resolve guest issues with courteous, timely service.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures.
• Maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Set up and break down breakfast displays; keep areas tidy.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert inquiries into reservations.
