Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Proficiency with front desk systems and cash handling.
• Capability to complete routine reports and maintain accuracy.
• Strong judgment and guest issue resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments and departures accurately.
• Maintain front desk area and common spaces tidy and organized.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues through Make it Right.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to management promptly.
