Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Guest Services Representative to check guests in/out, answer phones, and process payments while upholding company standards. You will assist guests, handle inquiries, and contribute to a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries with courtesy.
• Process payments in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure lobby is clean and welcoming.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues.
