Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments according to company guidelines and procedures. The GSR will perform front desk paperwork, uphold safety and security standards, respond to guest requests, and strive to resolve issues through ESA's Make it Right program with warmth and respect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 0–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures according to procedures.
• Handle in-house balances and maintain cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain an organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations and occupied rooms.
