Job summary

Extended Stay America seeks a Guest Services Representative to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment following company guidelines. The role also involves completing front desk daily paperwork and ensuring safety and security procedures are followed by all associates.

The GSR will handle reservations, maintain breakfast displays, and promote ESA values, striving to convert inquiries into reservations while delivering courteous service to guests.

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently to interact with guests and staff.
• Proficient operation of property management system (PMS) technology and ability to run shift reports/audit functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, and check guests in/out.
• Collect payments and complete front desk daily paperwork.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues through Make it Right process.
• Maintain breakfast display and keep front desk, lobby, and common areas organized.
• Sell ESA value to inquiries and convert to reservations and room occupancy.
