Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to provide warm, efficient guest service at the front desk. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer calls, process payments, and maintain daily front desk paperwork in alignment with company procedures.

You will also participate in breakfast setup, assist with guest requests, and uphold safety and security protocols while delivering ESA's renowned service culture to drive guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate the property management system and perform audits when needed.
• Ability to understand and comply with safety rules and manuals.
• Proficient in completing routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out, and collect payments.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures per guidelines.
• Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure cleanliness in lobby and common areas.
