Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage payments per company guidelines. You will also respond to guest needs, maintain a clean front desk area, and promote ESA services.

Responsibilities include phone duties, safe cash handling, and ensuring daily paperwork and safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient English communication with guests and team members.
• Experience operating a property management system and performing front desk tasks.
• Ability to complete routine front desk reports and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, answer phones, and process check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle payments and collections following company guidelines.
• Maintain clean lobby and front desk areas and support breakfast setup.
• Promote ESA services and convert inquiries into reservations.
