Job summary

Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Guest Services Representative to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, take reservations, and manage payments. The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and proficient use of our front desk PMS.

The GSR will contribute to a welcoming, efficient hotel experience and support breakfast operations and room sales. Responsibilities include delivering excellent guest service, resolving issues through ESA policies, and ensuring accuracy in daily

Qualifications

• Understand and communicate in English proficiently.
• Proficient operation of the property management system.
• Comply with safety and operating instructions.
• Complete routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out and collect payment.
• Process reservations and maintain daily front desk paperwork.
• Manage cash, credit card and city ledger accounts.
• Maintain breakfast display and keep front desk area tidy.
• Sell ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Provide reasonable accommodations to guest requests when possible.
