Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, handle reservations and payments, and maintain front desk operations in accordance with company procedures. Qualifications

• Must have English proficiency to interact with guests and staff.
• Experience with front desk operations or PMS is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones, check-in/check-out, and process payments.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas in line with brand standards.
• Assist with breakfast setup, housekeeping cross-training, and other duties as assigned.
