Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience handling guest requests and reservations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payment.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures according to guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and ensure cleanliness and organization in public areas.
• Promote ESA service culture and resolve guest issues with courtesy and respect.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report issues promptly.
• Assist with breakfast display setup and front desk daily paperwork.
