Job summary

Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative in the United States to assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments in accordance with company guidelines. The role includes completing front desk daily paperwork while adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean, organized front desk area.

You will handle reservations, registrations, payments, and departures, balance cash and city ledger accounts, and contribute to breakfast setup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payments per company guidelines.
• Complete front desk daily paperwork and maintain safety and security procedures.
• Resolve guest issues using ESA's Make it Right process with courtesy and respect.
• Process reservations, registrations, payments, and departures as required by guidelines.
• Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts with accuracy.
• Keep breakfast display organized and ensure lobby and public areas meet standards.
