Job summary
The Highlands at Harbor Springs, part of Boyne Resorts, is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their stay. You are the first contact for guests, handling check-ins, inquiries, and coordinating with other resort teams.

Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office a plus.
Responsibilities
- Register, process, and greet guests and owners promptly.
- Notify housekeeping of checkouts and late checkouts.
- Coordinate guest services with Bell Services, Housekeeping, and Reservations.
- Verify reservation details at check-in and ensure accurate guest information.
- Maintain front office records and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Develop knowledge of room rates, types, and locations.
- Answer phones with proper etiquette and scripts.
