Job summary
A leading hotel and resort brand is seeking a National Sales Manager to develop the Virginia Corporate Market. The role involves achieving sales goals, soliciting new accounts, and maintaining existing relationships. Applicants should have 3-5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with resort sales experience, and must reside in Virginia with a dedicated home office. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on results and requires travel for site visits and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years hotel sales experience in a major market, preferably Virginia.
- Must have a home office with high speed internet and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly room night and revenue bookings goals.
- Solicit accounts within assigned market segment.
- Maintain aggressive weekly telephone, site inspection and personal call goals.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports on a timely basis.
