The Highlands, part of Boyne Resorts, is seeking a Resort Services Desk Agent in Harbor Springs, Michigan. You will assist guests with information, bookings, and excellent service at a busy desk, coordinating with Ski School, Rentals, and other departments to ensure a memorable experience.

This seasonal, full- and part-time role offers perks like resort discounts, passes, housing options, and health insurance for full-time staff. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance with lessons, rentals, activities, and resort services.
• Process guest transactions, bookings, and package purchases accurately.
• Build positive relationships with guests, including repeat guests and season pass holders.
• Coordinate with Ski School, Rentals, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
• Promote resort amenities, dining options, activities, and special events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming desk and retail area.
• Assist team members and other departments as needed to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
