You will coordinate with housekeeping and reservations, handle cash and payments, and provide information about resort amenities. Requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and perform basic financial transactions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests and owners promptly, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in/check-out experience.
• Verify all reservation details at check-in, including guest information, payment method, and departure date.
• Coordinate guest service requests with housekeeping, bell services, and reservations teams.
• Communicate room status updates to housekeeping in a timely manner.
• Handle cash, credit card, and traveler’s check transactions in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and guest information while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies.
• Provide information about room types, rates, resort amenities, and local attractions.
• Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and company standards.
• Utilize the property management system to manage reservations and guest accounts.
• Stay informed on group functions, including event locations, schedules, and services offered.
• Follow all safety and security procedures; report any incidents, unsafe conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding issues, guest concerns, or operational updates.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
