Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk roles preferred.
• Ability to handle cash, process payments and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Assists guests, answers phones, checks in and out guests, and processes payments.
• Promotes a positive guest experience and resolves issues through established procedures.
• Maintains front desk paperwork and ensures safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Supports cleanliness and organization of lobby and front desk area.
