Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver a superior guest experience. You will handle front desk operations, reservations, payments, and daily paperwork while maintaining brand standards across the lobby and public areas.

You will resolve guest issues, promote ESA services and assist with breakfast setup, all while upholding safety procedures and company policies. This is an on-site role in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related experience.
• Prior guest service or hospitality exposure preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, associates and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check-in/out and collect payment per guidelines.
• Process reservations, registration and departures following procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and lobby areas.
• Resolve guest issues through ESA's Make it Right process.
• Handle cash, credit card and city ledger balances accurately.
• Assist with breakfast display setup and takedown as needed.
• Promote ESA value and convert inquiries to reservations.
• Obtain guest information and identify sales opportunities.
• Conduct property tours to ensure brand standards.
