Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Proficiency in English and guest interaction.
• Able to handle payments and reservations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out.
• Collect payment and process reservations per guidelines.
• Maintain front desk area and compliance with safety procedures.
• Handle guest issues and provide Make it Right resolutions.
• Support housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
