Sight & Sound is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide guest information and reservations through our Contact Center and Box Office.

The schedule runs 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, up to 28 hours per week. The role emphasizes strong communication, computer proficiency, and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests over the phone and in person at the Box Office.
• Address difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
• Learn and use Showtix, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Talkdesk.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and the team.
• Manage daily guest reservation tasks promptly.
• Support Sight & Sound culture in interactions with guests and team members.
• Adhere to sales and business policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
