Job summary

Sight & Sound in Branson, MO is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Representative to assist guests with information and reservations through the Contact Center or Theatre Box Office. The role follows a six-day operation with 28 hours per week and includes early start times and some Saturdays.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer and typing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work calmly under pressure while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service for guests and potential guests seeking information or reservations.
• Assist guests by phone (or in person at the Box Office) as needed.
• Learn and use computer systems including Showtix, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Talkdesk.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and the team across locations.
• Handle daily guest reservation tasks in a timely manner.
• Support Sight & Sound culture in interactions with guests and team members.
• Follow sales and business policies set by leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
