Job summary

Sight & Sound is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist guests and process reservations through the Contact Center and Theatre Box Office. The role runs six days a week with four to five shifts weekly and a 28-hour work week.

Shifts are 8:00 am–3:00 pm or 8:00 am–2:00 pm, with potential late starts and some Saturdays required. Candidates should have strong computer and typing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to guests and potential guests.
• Assist guests in person or by phone for information or reservations.

• Communicate clearly with leadership and team members.
• Process guest reservations in a timely manner.
