Sight & Sound in Branson, MO is hiring a Part-time Customer Service Representative to assist guests with information and reservations through the Contact Center or Theatre Box Office. The role follows a six-day operation with 28 hours per week and includes early start times and some Saturdays.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer and typing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work calmly under pressure while delivering exceptional guest service.
The Contact Center is operational six days a week in which a part-time Customer Service Representative will work five out of the six days. The shift schedule is 8:00 am - 3:00 pm or 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (on Mondays the shift would start at 8:15 am). There is the potential that the employee may be asked to work as late as 7:45 pm with a later start time. Some Saturdays will be required. The shift will include an unpaid lunch break of 30-60 minutes. Lastly, the expectation is that the employee will work 28 hours per week.

The physical demands of this position are typical for a desk job. You will be at a desk most of the day, typically with the option to sit or stand. You may have to lift/exert up to 10 lbs. of force on occasion. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
